Be Well

A healthy mind, body, spirit and community helps you thrive and succeed inside and outside the classroom. We offer students a multitude of health and wellness opportunities and services – ranging from mental health counseling, to peer education programs, to mindfulness activities, to intramural sports and recreation.

As a new student in spring 2019, you will also be required to participate in:

  • Interactive health and wellness modules, hosted on the Everfi online platform, that introduce you to important issues that some college students face. Details on Everfi log-in instructions are below. The Everfi modules must be completed by February 11, 2019.
  • A performance-based presentation called “Speak About It” held on January 16.
  • Attend a Be Well session hosted by the Office of Health Promotions. Students may choose between one of two sessions offered; Wednesday, January 23 at 7p.m. or Tuesday, January 29 at 5p.m.

Your participation in all three programs is required to register for fall 2019 classes.
