Syracuse Welcome 2009, your new student orientation program, offers many events that have been designed to assist you in your transition to Syracuse University. These events will prepare you for your classes, get you settled into your residence hall space, introduce you to campus services and support, familiarize you with University traditions, and enable you to meet your fellow classmates. Be sure take full advantage of all Syracuse Welcome 2009 has to offer!
To move in on either day, you simply need to decide which day works better for your family and then go ahead and make your travel arrangements. After you receive your housing assignment (which you will receive via email on or about July 24th) you will need to download a move-in pass from this website. At that point you will designate which day, Wednesday, August 26 or Thursday, August 27, and either AM (9am-12pm) or PM (12pm-5pm). Please note: The move-in pass system will not be available until Wednesday, July 29 at Noon, EST. Print out this pass and bring it with you to campus.
Syracuse University is committed to equal access for students with disabilities. If you are a student with a disability and require disability accommodations, please contact the Office of Disability Services at 315-443-4498.
