Personal Responsibility

In college your parents are no longer around to guide you away from temptation or to help you make choices. You are on your own to make choices and you are responsible for the consequences. You choose how to balance your social and academic life; whether you are comfortable with alcohol, drugs and sex; and when you want to attend class. You are responsible for your own time and no one is going to make you go to class or get involved in campus life; you must take personal responsibility for your education and attend classes, be a responsible adult and avoid alcohol and drugs and manage your time. College involves a lot of freedom and you must realize that although you have freedom your academics come first.
